Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return outdoor recovery products purchased from Elegantiosparkax through elegantiosparkax.world or by contacting us directly. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every Forest Bathing Starter Kit, Outdoor Mindfulness Bundle, and related physical product we offer, as well as providing fair terms for Guided Trail Recovery Session bookings.

Physical Products

This Return Policy applies to the following physical outdoor recovery products sold by Elegantiosparkax:

  • Forest Bathing Starter Kit (NZ$89.00), including the guided practice journal, eco-friendly water bottle, lightweight sit pad, and laminated trail reference card.
  • Outdoor Mindfulness Bundle (NZ$72.00), including the compact meditation cushion, weather-resistant journal, grounding exercise cards, and reusable organic tea flask.

Return Eligibility

You may return a physical outdoor recovery product within fourteen days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all included items present.
  • You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt from Elegantiosparkax.
  • You notify us of your intention to return the product within the fourteen-day return window by contacting us through the form on our website or visiting our Hamilton location.
  • Items that have been used outdoors, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return under this policy:

  • Guided Trail Recovery Session bookings (NZ$145.00) once the session has been completed. Sessions may be rescheduled according to our Terms of Use cancellation policy.
  • Digital or downloadable materials included with product bundles, once accessed or downloaded.
  • Any product that has been personalised or customised at your request.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided with the outdoor recovery kit.
  • Products purchased at a discounted promotional price marked as final sale, unless required otherwise by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Return Process

To initiate a return of an outdoor recovery product, follow these steps:

  • Contact Elegantiosparkax within fourteen days of receiving your product, stating your order details, the product name, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorisation and instructions for shipping the product back to our Hamilton address.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.
  • Ship the product to 28 Liverpool Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand, using a trackable delivery method. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within five business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product because it is faulty, not as described, or does not match the product listing on elegantiosparkax.world, Elegantiosparkax will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a product for any other reason, such as a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for products lost in return transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds for returned outdoor recovery products will be processed within ten business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds include the product purchase price but exclude original outbound shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a physical outdoor recovery product for a different item rather than receive a refund, please contact us with your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return eligibility conditions outlined above. If the exchange product is priced higher than the original purchase, you will be invoiced for the difference. If the exchange product is priced lower, the difference will be refunded.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive an outdoor recovery product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from the description on our Trail Essentials page, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund for products that fail to meet guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, or match their description. Elegantiosparkax will arrange and cover all costs associated with returning faulty or damaged products and will prioritise your claim for prompt resolution.

Session Cancellations and Refunds

Guided Trail Recovery Sessions operate under the following cancellation and refund terms:

  • Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
  • If Elegantiosparkax cancels a session due to weather, trail conditions, or guide unavailability, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
  • Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior cancellation notification will not qualify for a refund.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand. If you are a consumer, our outdoor recovery products must be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, match their description, and be delivered within a reasonable time. Services such as Guided Trail Recovery Sessions must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and be fit for their stated purpose. If a product or service fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes stated in this policy.
